RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOOD QUALITY GOODS

In accordance with the Kazakhstan «Consumer Protection Act», you have the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods — during 14 days. The return of the proper quality product is possible if it still has marketable appearance, consumer properties along with a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product.

You do not have the right to refuse of a proper quality product that has individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.

By agreement with you, the exchange of goods can be made when a similar product goes on sale. If a similar product is not available for sale on the day of the request, you have the right to demand a refund for the specified product (article 25 of the Federal «Consumer Protection Act»).

Please note that the original colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the website, depending on the color rendering of your monitor.

RETURN OF IMPROPER QUALITY GOODS

In case of product defects, if it was not agreed upon by the seller – you have the right to refuse to perform the contract of sale and demand a refund. You also have the right to request replacement of the improper quality product, if it is possible.

If the product purchased in the AZTEC-CLIMBER online store does not meet our quality standards, you can make a corresponding request. We will need to perform an expert examination on the product. To do this, product must be returned to the AZTEC-CLIMBER online store. If it is established that the goods meet our standards, then the transportation is at your expense, if the opposite is established it is on the house.

The return of goods of improper quality is possible if the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product is preserved (cash voucher, a price check, and electronic payment receipt).

REFUND 

1. If the customer refuses the goods of proper quality, the seller must refund money no later than 10 days from the date of the shipment receipt by the seller, with the corresponding set of documents. Attention! The funds spent by the buyer on transportation costs are not refundable. We will not be able to refund you if the transport company damages the product during its transportation. In this case, all claims must be submitted to the transporter.

2. If the customer refuses the goods of proper quality, in accordance with the Kazakhstan  «Consumer Protection Act» the seller must refund money no later than 10 days from the date of the shipment receipt by the seller, with the corresponding set of documents. At the request of the seller, the consumer must return the goods with defects. We will not be able to refund you if the transport company damages the product during its transportation. In this case, all claims must be submitted to the transporter.

If you paid by cash at a retail store or warehouse, then the refund will be made directly at the store or warehouse. If you paid by credit card or from a bank account, then the refund will be made to your account or by postal transfer.

HOW TO MAKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

  1. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging in its complete set (the goods supplied in the set should also be returned in the set).
  2. Fill in an application for a refund (the form can be downloaded from the link).
  3. Attach (a copy of the cash voucher, an electronic receipt for the transfer of money) specify the method of refund (transfer to a bank account with the details for the transfer or in cash in the store).
  4. Bring all documents and goods to the store or warehouse.
