CLIMBING WALL CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. A FRAMEWORK OF CLIMBING WALL
We manufacture the framework of climbing walls from rolled steel in accordance with GOST R 58066.1-2018 Climbing stand (climbing wall).
2. CLIMBING WALL PANELS
The panels of the Aztec climbing walls are made of high-quality birch plywood with a thickness of 18 mm. For today, we offer 3 ways for covering the climbing wall panels:
- Painted Plywood Panel
- Lacquered Plywood panel
- Panel with a friction coating
A special feature of the panels with a friction coating is a special type of friction that simulates friction on natural rock terrain. The friction of the panel is achieved by applying a thin layer of quartz sand with its rough structure to the surface of the panel.
3. PANEL COLOR
The appearance is one of the trademark of the climbing wall. Our experts will help you decide on the design and choose colors from the RAL catalog. We can paint the panels in one or more colors, creating a design at the request of the customer.
4. ANTI-FRICTION ROPE PROTECTION
On the outer corners of the climbing wall, we install special steel pads that prevent the rope from rubbing during climbing.
5. MINIMUM GAP BETWEEN THE CLIMBING WALL PANELS
During the installation of the climbing wall, we use our own combination technology, which allows us to eliminate the gap between the panels.
6. CERTIFIED INSURANCE TOP POINTS
In climbing, we need special safety equipment. In equipping the insurance points, we use only certified equipment that can withstand a load of up to 2 tons.
7. CLIMBING MATS
To ensure safety on bouldering climbing walls, we install sports mats of our own production. The mats are connected by a special textile fastener. We comply with the requirements for sports mats according to GOST R 58066.2-2018.
