In 2018, Aztec started construction of the highest climbing wall beyond the Urals on the basis of the multifunctional sports complex "Rainbow". Our task was to build a climbing wall for difficulty and speed, meeting all the requirements for holding regional and All-Russian level competitions.
The surface of the climbing wall panels is covered with a friction coating that simulates friction on natural terrain. There are practically no traces of rock formations on this coating. The outer corners are protected by metal pads to prevent the rope from rubbing against the corners of the climbing wall.
The climbing wall on the difficulty is equipped with points of the upper insurance, also on the climbing wall you can climb with the lower insurance.
During the construction of this climbing wall, the technology of panel tightening was used for the first time, allowing the panels to be combined without gaps.
